One platform, one source of truth: LRG’s fast-track to smarter Finance

For Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest property services groups, budgeting was a high-stakes juggling act. With more than 15 divisions, 300 branches, around 30 key revenue-driving KPIs, 200,000 individual budget lines, and 3,000 staff members, the Finance team’s work was immense.

Yet all this complexity was handled in Excel—15 separate models, each maintained by different people, with hierarchies and calculations scattered across multiple files. Understandably, reporting was equally cumbersome. Business leaders were flooded with spreadsheets and PDFs from various Finance team members—leading to duplication, inconsistency, and the ever-present risk of errors.

With so much valuable information siloed and scattered, speed and clarity suffered. LRG needed a single, controlled environment to centralize planning, streamline reporting, and provide one clear version of the truth.

The impact was immediate. In their first year with Jedox, LRG started the budget process a month later than before. This year, they plan to start another month later—unlocking valuable time for both Finance and the wider business.
