Beyond Budgeting: Building a Blueprint for Enterprise Performance Management with Ron Dimon
Most organizations have invested in planning technology, yet many still struggle to connect budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the strategic outcomes that matter most. In this interactive blueprint session, internationally recognized Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) thought leader and author Ron Dimon will share a practical framework for transforming FP&A from a budgeting function into a strategic driver of business performance.
Drawing from decades of experience, including his books Enterprise Performance Management Done Right and Connected Planning, Ron will guide attendees through how world-class organizations connect strategy, finance, operations, and decision-making into a unified performance management framework. Rather than focusing on software features, this session will challenge attendees to think more broadly about how planning can improve revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, operational efficiency, and organizational agility.
