From Excel to Efficient Operations Planning at Kvadrat

No longer is Kvadrat trying to consolidate numbers from 25-30 companies on Excel. It has cost the world‘s leading manufacturer of design textiles too much time and too many errors. ”Now we have started a system-supported planning process with Jedox,” says Finance Manager Laurent Weiler, who runs the planning process at the headquarters in Northern Denmark. ”We started the project in August with Accobat, a Jedox-partner. Accobat developed the model and built sales input templates for registering turnover on brand and sales team level. Then we built cost templates for registering our total costs. Today, we have a complete overview of our P&L and we can drill down into details on segment level, i.e. retail,” explains Laurent Weiler. At a glance:
