At last year’s  Jedox Global Partner Summit, we put out a challenge to our partners: use the power of Jedox on Microsoft Azure to deliver a successful customer project in the Cloud. We loved seeing the results come in! We are happy to announce that the winner of the contest is iXLOG with their project at BMV Mineralöl / BMV Mineraloil Supply Company.

BMV is one of the largest independent suppliers of high-quality fuel and heating oil in Germany. The family-owned company operates over 140 gas stations nationwide. BMV generated more than 1.3 billion euros in revenues during the 2014/2015 fiscal year.

The portal solution based on Jedox Cloud revolutionized the day-to-day tasks involved in supply management at BMV. The fuel supplier can now link order information for individual consignees to the contracts for different freight carriers. Furthermore, it can allocate consigned goods for that transaction in the fuel depot software, which manages individual loads and contracts.

Solution:

  • Cloud-based deployment (Jedox Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
  • Collecting and consolidating information from many different systems in various companies
  • One integrated reporting, analysis and planning solution for all companies
  • Web-based input of budget data
  • Batch PDF reporting to BMV headquarters

Our portal solution has turned our carrier business into an efficient, complete process. Thanks to Jedox Cloud, we can now complete tasks that once involved a great deal of work in no time at all. “ – Meiko Eberhart, Supply Management, BMV Mineraloil Supply Company mbH

The majority of companies will migrate performance management to the Cloud by 2020. This is why we are absolutely thrilled to join forces with our business partner network to support companies worldwide transitioning to the Cloud.iXlog_Cloud_Contest

Congratulations especially to Michael Boger and Mathias Fischer from iXLOG. With their fantastic work they made the project a great success.

Once again we would like to thank iXLOG and all of the other participants, it was amazing to see what you all built with the power of Jedox on Azure.
