Last week, we hosted a special event for our current customers, Jedox Customer Day 2019. About a hundred participants joined us in Frankfurt at Westhafen Pier 1 and enjoyed an insightful program as well as an opportunity for a direct exchange with our c-suite, Jedox solution experts, and industry experts who use Jedox in their own work.

Exclusive insights for Jedox customers

Digitization expert Christoph Magnussen opened the day and explained why the success of digital transformation depends on one’s own attitude as well as the use of modern technologies such as AI. Encouraged by his insights, we then delved into the product & company roadmap and shared exclusive insights into the future development of the Jedox solution and exciting product innovations that are coming soon.

But what would an event be without the opportunity to interact and learn from others’ projects and experiences? Here, too, we were honored to welcome industry experts as our guest speakers: Oliver Lawrenz and Michael Rall from automation technology company ABB, Wolfgang Richter from German automotive and mechanical engineering supplier Schaeffler, and Michael Boger from Jedox partner iXLOG (representing our customer Nölle + Nordhorn) presented their planning solutions and vividly shared their experiences working with Jedox. From sales performance management and corporate planning in the matrix to AI-supported forecasts, our customers got to see it all.

Customer Success Is our Job

The Jedox Customer Day was rounded off by a presentation on the advantages of the cloud by our partner, Microsoft, and a presentation on the Jedox Customer Success and Center of Excellence divisions founded in 2019. We are proud to have welcomed so many Jedox customers and are grateful for the opportunity to reiterate that customer success is always our top priority.

The Jedox Customer Day 2019 was a very successful event in a fabulous location overlooking the Main River, with inspiring presentations and the opportunity to exchange ideas with industry experts over coffee and croissants.
