Embedding Jedox financial planning across Apex Hotels

Apex Hotels is one of the UK’s leading indepedent operators of four-star contemporary hotels. Headquartered in Edinburgh, the group has over 1,100 employess, annual revenues of over £75 million and operates ten hotels in city centre locations across London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Bath. The hotel group aims to create memorable, personal experiences for guests, with a combination of stylish, spacious and contemporary bedrooms, fantastic bars and restaurants as well as state-of-the-art conference and events facilities.

Working with the Jedox Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution has helped Apex Hotels improve the quality and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis across its operations. By automating traditional financial processes such as budgeting, analysis and revenue reporting, the company’s Jedox deployment has enabled Apex Hotels’ FP&A team to halve the time it takes to carry out these activities. Apex Hotels has also taken things to the next level by deploying the Jedox AIssisted Planning capability to work on progressively improving the accuracy of the company’s forecasting processes
