Germany, May 4th 2016: The supervisory board of Jedox AG, a leading vendor of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning software, has appointed Max Prinz zu Hohenlohe as Chief Financial Officer. In this position, he will serve with Kay-Ingo Greve (CEO) and Bernd Eisenblätter (CSO) on the Jedox executive board. Max Prinz zu Hohenlohe, who will start on 1 June 2016, will be responsible for finance, management accounting, contract management, legal affairs and human resources in his role as CFO.
Max zu Hohenlohe has over 20 years of national and international management experience in finance. Over the course of his career, he has worked for international consultancies, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as companies as a financial executive. Most recently, he served as CFO at Munich-based Softing AG, where he internationalized the company and played a significant role in tripling revenues and driving profitable growth.
“As an experienced CFO, I immediately saw the benefits of the Jedox software, and look forward to working with a young, highly motivated team to successfully grow and internationalize the company even further,” comments Max zu Hohenlohe. “Year after year, user surveys show an exceptionally high customer satisfaction rate for Jedox. As CFO, I want to help Jedox live up to these expectations in the future as well by delivering innovative products and professional services.”
“Jedox has continually accelerated its growth in recent years and expanded substantially in international markets,” adds Kay-Ingo Greve, CEO at Jedox AG. “As a seasoned executive in finance and human resources with vast international experience, Max zu Hohenlohe will quickly make his mark at Jedox and drive its long-term growth.”
Jedox further announced that Matthias Krämer, who has served as Chief Technical Officer since 2009, has stepped down from the executive board. In order to pursue new challenges, Krämer had asked the supervisory board to relieve him of his duties and resigned with its consent on 22 April 2016. “We are sad to see Matthias Krämer go but are grateful for his dedication and contribution to the company’s success,” states Bernhard Wöbker, chairman of the supervisory board.
Two experienced executives at Jedox will take over Krämer’s responsibilities. Vladislav Maličević, who serves as Vice President Development & Support, will now head product development while Chief Marketing & Product Officer Dr. Rolf Gegenmantel will oversee product management and the product roadmap.
