This distinction recognizes vendors placed in the upper-right quadrant of the March 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis Solutions report for which a maximum of seven vendors can qualify based on customer reviews that are equal or higher than the average rating for their market and receive 50 or more eligible reviews during that year.
The Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” report has rigorous qualification criteria and requires broad perspectives from customers in different industries, company sizes, and geographic regions of deployment. The report provides an aggregated real-world peer perspective for decisions makers to review a shortlist of preferred vendors. In the past 12 months, Jedox received 63 published reviews from Cloud Financial Planning & Analysis customers with an average overall rating of 4.6 out of 5, as of January 31, 2021.
