The Worksheet-Server automatically converts Excel-Workbooks to full-featured PHP applications. The server is available for Windows, Linux, UNIX, AS/400, etc.The core components of the Worksheet-Server is a PHP-based XLS Interpreter and a powerful PHP extension. In addition the Worksheet-Server provides an user management, an encrypted data storage and a powerful session management.
Worksheet-Server applications can be customized with regard to screen design, functionality and database connectivity.
Worksheet-Server applications are based on a HTML based template system. This allows to customize the screen design of the application. Through PHP it is possible to access the full range of database systems. You can even write worksheet functions in PHP.
The Worksheet-Server applications properties as well as the internal data storage can be accessed through an SOAP interface. It is also possible to call third-party SOAP services.
