Support

Jedox provides support and consulting for Palo. Kindly note that every support or consulting contract that we receive also finances the further development and optimization of Palo.

Standard Support Contracts

The standard support contracts include unlimited support per email as well as telephone for a defined number of Palo-Servers and a defined number of named contacts in your organization.

3,000 Euro (4,500 USD) per Server for two named support contacts
1,000 Euro (1,500 USD) for each additional server or support contact

Prices are for an annual subscription.

Professional Support Contracts

In addition to the standard support the professional support contracts for Palo also includes extended services and code maintenance which, among other elements, include service levels and ad-hoc code fixes. Contact us for an individual offer if you need professional support and code maintenance for Palo.
