Jedox has traded privately since 2008. Several investors, including Wecken & Cie, venture capital company eCapital and banking group KfW support our drive for innovation and sustainable growth, securing the long-term financial stability of our rapidly expanding enterprise.

Bernhard Wöbker

The internationally experienced IT executive Bernhard Wöbker was appointed chairman of the Jedox Advisory Board in June 2014. Bernhard started his impressive career at Nixdorf Computer, where he rose to CEO and President of Nixdorf USA during the expansion to the U.S. market. Wöbker held further leading positions at Pyramid, NeXT, and Versant. Formerly a consultant for Warburg Pincus, one of the largest private-equity-investors in the USA, Bernhard has been the CEO of the Munich-based software provider Brainloop since 2013.


eCAPITAL entrepreneurial Partners is a venture capital firm that supports innovative enterprises in future-oriented industries. The firm focuses on risk capital for high-tech start-ups with growth-oriented projects. Dr. Paul-Josef Patt, CEO of eCapital entrepreneurial Partners, is a member of the Jedox Advisory Board.

Wecken & Cie.

Investor Klaus Wecken, co-founder of KHK Software (now Sage), has invested in more than 40 high performing companies in the internet, software, and medical technology through Family Office Wecken & Cie. Thilo Schmidt represents the investment firm Wecken & Cie. on the Jedox Advisory Board.
