Apprentices / Trainees
As a globally operating company, we still are a regional employer at our respective locations. We take our responsibility to young people seriously and offer vocational training courses in various fields. And if trainees are drawn to University after successfully finishing their apprenticeship: great. We can help lay a good foundation for further studies.
Currently studying, University and BA graduates
Prior to entering working life, internships, bachelor degrees and even a master’s thesis may be on your agenda. We offer uni students and universities of cooperative education (BA), substantive input and guidance. Interns will find Jedox a supportive environment, with the ability to take thesis and BA working days. Employment after graduation? Usually highly welcome by mutual agreement.

As a manufacturer we are the experts when it comes to introducing our products to the global market. In collaboration with our partners we take over the management of large international projects for our customers.
As a Junior Consultant you will get close up with our products, solutions and procedures by participating in projects. You will then be able to handle sub-projects, and workshops on your own and with the team. During these activities the development of your talents and skills is focused on the functional and professional aspects of the project requirements.
As Senior Consultant, you will then take over the responsibility for managing the functional or technical aspects of complete projects.

There are development opportunities for sales employees with our growing geographical and regional reach as well as responsibilities for growing turnover. There are good opportunities for sales staff to build regional sales hubs.
We offer positions in finance as well as positions in back office. Roles are being generated by the growth of the company. In particular we see growing requirements in customer and development oriented areas.

Sometimes you just need to put it out there and see what happens. You just never know, so we encourage you to take the initiative.

The phone interview is our first contact and fulfils two purposes. Firstly, you will be asked more detailed questions regarding your application for the advertised position and about your expectations.
Secondly, Jedox team members from the relevant roles will join the interview and let you know their expectations. The most important thing is for us and for you to decide if the chemistry is right and whether and how the next step should be taken.
This first contact usually takes 30-45 minutes and can often be arranged on short notice. The phone interviews are held 3 -7 working days after receiving your application.
This is where it gets down to business. All first impressions from the phone interview are considered and reflected, the positive underpinned and any concerns should be aired. Of course we will discuss the details now, concerning your tasks and details of the proposed contract. It's not rare that there are two of these interviews with a candidate. The interviews are held in a time frame of 2 t o14 working days after receiving applications.
If we have a future together, you will receive a draft contract based on the individual details discussed. You can expect to receive our confirmation of the positive outcome of this process in writing no later than 3 days after your final personal interview.

You will be equipped with your tools for work and start with briefing and training. And soon you will dive into the world of our customers and partners and start spreading the Jedox feeling!
