Jedox Advisory Circle contributing to customer satisfaction
Freiburg, 5 December 2008 – Various customers and management representatives of Jedox have gathered in Hamburg on 28 and 29 November 2008 establishing the “Jedox Advisory Circle”.
To ensure effective quality management, it is one of Jedox’ main objectives to include customers in their development processes.
The feedback by the members of the newly established panel was very positive. Members are Bayer Schering, DyStar, Nycomed, Otto, Queisser, Quelle and Rege Motorenteile. The 2nd Advisory Circle is scheduled to meet in 2009.
