Hi Macro,

Can u tell me what configuration need to run Palo Web Client on Window XP machine. I am using window Xp and IIS 5.1 and also sql server 2005 beta 2. First i installed J2sdk 5.2 jre then tomcat 5.0.

After that i copied all contents of C:\proogram files\Microsoft sql server\MSSQL.2\bin\olap\isapi into c:\inetpub\wwwroot\olap. then i made virtual directory named olap.

Then i made a role in SSAS as aa and put IUSR_m/cname, system, amrita(user name i created here as well as window) as membership.

Then i tried this on IE:- http://localhost/olap/msmdpump.dll

but it's giving error - HTTP Error 406-Not Accepted.

Can u plz tell me what is the problem in it.

Hi,

If manualy installation is not helping you. I would advise you delet the foler OLAP and in IISAdmin the settings for OLAP and download the free trial from www.reportportal.com and install the trial on your server. The trial is installing also SSAS 2000 or SSAS 2005 for you.
