Unable to get the list of Databases

Hello, I encounter actually the error as stated below when trying to create a new DB on a SuSe 11 Installation(Premium Edition 3.3). Similarly this happens out of OO-Calc/Palooca-Addin.

Quoted

General Error 1

Generic Exception Error

Error Data:

Unable to get the list of Databases

What might be needed additionally? Some ideas? Is there a specific manual for Linux/SuSe-Troubleshooting available (didn't found one @ Jedox Download, but who knows...). The installation at all works, also an upload of ETL-Metadata worked, but without the needed target DB I can't run it

Best regards,

Stefan

OK, solved. Our admin just installed via setup, but didn't configure palo.ini, so that the server wasn't able to be adressed from remote (but this I did via web frontend, so the server list didn't come along).
