Can´t Login (Palo Suite 3.2 Community Edition)

Hi all,

after successful testing the Palo Suite 3.1.1.3115 and installing the new 3.2 we are no longer able to get in with "admin"/"admin". Has the password changed? Can´t find a hint for this in the documents. Hope for help here...

Did you migrate databases from 3.1, especially System database?

Please check the release notes here. Palo 3.2 uses a special user called _internal_suite for the components' communication with OLAP server. You should check wether the user exists, and wether the configuration files (palo_config.xml in core directory, and config.php in httpd/app/etc directory) have correct password set foor this user.

Hi,

also be careful when changing the Apache port from 80 to something else in the httpd.conf. You have to change that port in a different file as well.

Regards.
