analyzer report: service unavailable

if i try to create a analyzer report (pivot) i get an error message:


"Service Temporary unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

I found my answer while alone.
Tomcat must be active
