Modeller and data import dialogs missing buttons

Hi: I'm checking this new Palo Excel Plugin version 3.1, and when using the Modeller and the Data Import dialogs, the buttons at the bottom of the window are missing or cut off. This also happens when using the Palo Wizard.

I'm using Windows XP and Excel 2003.

Thanks,

Franco

I am using Windows XP and Office 2007 and also have this problem.
Is there any workaround on this as I cannot use Palo under this situation >_<

Too bad that they only have version 3.1 in the download page at this moment... I cannot roll back to the previous build :(

Hi,

there is a thread about the download location of BI Suite 3.0. You'll find the Palo Client there as well.

Btw. a colleague of mine has the same problem on XP and Excel 2002.

Regards.

I had the same issue today using Win7 64bit with Office2010 32bit and the 30days Jedox trial.
The support helped me out with the following solution:
Set the default font size to 100% (mine was set to 125% without my knowledge).

Here is more information about how to change it:

This issue is fixed - forms are scaled to adequate resolution - in the upcoming 5.0 release.
