Time Function / Time Slice
Hi,
I would a time comparaison :
Quantity sale for 01/2009 compare to Quantity sale for 01/2008
I have a time dimension (year, period, week 4/4/5) and a measure dimension
Someone can tell me if a palo function exist or how can i make it ?

just a question in order to able to help you: "period" is "month"?
I hate the 4-4-5 weeks!!!
What you can do is to have a consolidation called
"01/2009 vs 01/2008"
Have 2 children underneath it
"01/2008" weighting = -1
"01/2009" weighting = 1
With the difference in weighting, you should be able to get the comparison. Just run a direct retrieve of the consolidation "01/2009 vs 01/2008".
