Ability to create rule for ranges

I would like to aggregate values based on ranges

For eg

Collection
--Attribute1
--Attribute2
--Attribute3

I would like do a sum of attribute2 based on the range distribution of attribute1.

If some one can let me know how to do this that will be very helpful.

I have just started the palo evaluation so any help will be most appreciated
