C API for Linux?

I really really really...... ;) appreciate your hard working and efforts up to now for the new Palo!!

I just downloaded all of them and looked into them, but I am afraid that there is not a C API set for Linux. Is it correct?

If there is a way I can get the linkable library for Linux, please let me know. I thank you for your reply in advance.

Cheers,

Jincheol.

RE: C API for Linux?

Hi,
Sorry for that we've now added "libpalo.a" to SDK package. You should be able to play arround with it.

Just being nosy really, but an I enquire as to what your interesting application of MOLAP is?

I've seen a project where MOLAP is used to analyse protein sequences
