Element aliases (as attributes)

It would be nice to use element aliases, because it makes data loading easier.

For example: 2 different aliases for articles

Article nr.: 1122
Article name: Compaq nx8220 laptop

syphax

I agree; aliases (plus attributes in general, a la TM1) are hugely useful.

Attributes are planned I believe they will be done by using a cube like TM1.

That's good; I think that's the right approach.

This requires string cells; I hope Palo handles strings better than TM1!

Also, TM1's interface for editing attributes is terrible. As editing the attribute cubes directly is quite easy and intuitive, I hope Palo doesn't even bother with an alternate UI.

To add an alias (name, derscription) to a element as number would improve the user acceptance enormously. A la TM1 http://forum.palo.net/images/smilies/happy.gif
