Security - Adding Users
Hi,
I have recently installed Palo 1.5 and would like to use the security features.
Is there a way to add users to the Palo?

This is perfectly described in the Evaluation Manual so the short answer would have been RTFM
In Palo 1.5 users are not managed in files any longer, they are in a special database called System. Log in as admin/admin andyou find the appropriate cubes. Changing values is easy via the Excel Plugins write back feature. But do not lock yourself out, rather read the docs first.

The user rights can be set very detailed, there are different cubes where
the groups, roles, users and right objects get defined. See Paste View or
the Modeller to have a look on the System database. More infos in the
Evaluation Guide p.93.

I prefer to maintain user rights via Tensegrity Eclipse client (
download)
It's easier to add new users and maintain rights than doing it in Modeller or in spreadsheets.
