Passaging from accrued items by the period to items on a date

Passaging from accrued items by the period to items on a date

Please ask how usualy resolving a problem of accrued items by the period and items on a date.
For example we have beginning stock balance (B0), closing stock balance (B1), goods outcomes and incomes by month. We have sales budget giving us goods outcomes and incomes. It's need calculate B1 for Balance Sheet on a date. So how to realize passaging from month to date?
