Palo: Paste view does not work

Hello,
I have installed Palo for Excel Version 3.2 Community (Build 5096) on my notebook running Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit and MS Office 2010 Premium Plus.
All functions work fine except "Palo: Paste view", so I can not create Palo views. I have unistalled and installed Palo for Excel twice without any improvement. There is no error message, just nothing happens when clicking on the icon from the toolbar or the menu.
Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
woergo

did you look into http://www.jedox.com/community/palo-foru…d&threadID=3252 ?

other things I could think of:
you have a Jave RE version 7 installed (latest offer from ORACLE, I _seem_ to have some problems with ETL-server here) -> try to revert to version 6

you had the (commercial) version 3.3 installed on that machine
-> I would deinstall and then clean the program directory *and* the registry of any Jedox/Palo traces, CCleaner could help here too

Please report if you had any success.

Are you in local administrators group?
It's seems that you have no rights (not palo, but windows).
