Hello,

I want to have a Combobox that shows the attributes (description), because my element is a unique identifier and not helpfull. Is there any solution?

Thank you!

You did the combox via Subseteditor?

At the first page (tab) of the subseteditor you have to choose "1. Alias" which is meant to be your attribute(s) for the dimension :-)

Hello,

you should also mark two colums in excel, so that the alias is shown.

at the first page of the subseditor i choose "fondsname" as 1.Alias and actualize the list, but nothing happens. the combobox still load the unique identifiers. please see attached the image.

Hi,

the alias doesn't show in the subset preview. It'll show only in the combobox.
Selecting two columns is only relevant when using subsets in rows (usually in Excel only because dynarange in web is different).

Regards.

Ok...
Try to do a right click at the dynarange (with your ids) and choose properties.
At the following pop-up there should be a checkbox "show alias" check it and you should be done (i hope) ^^

jedox support

I call the Jedox support and they claim that this functionality of the combobox (in web) will be possible in a later version. Now I'm a little confused :-)
