Setup of 3.3

I set up the version 3.3

Nevertheless if I look into services.msc, the Palo Server Services is shown with Palo 3.1
Is this correct, or how can I now update to 3.3.?

Are you installing Palo 3.3 Community Edition or Premium Edition (your entry has been filed under CE)?

I was not aware 3.3 CE was available.

But when installing Palo for Excel 3.2 CE, I found the same issue - services window shows "Palo 3.1" started - which does not make sense.

I also find the palo service 'icon' no longer appears, or appears but is not working in Win 7.

Hi,

if you want to upgrade from 3.1 CE/PE to 3.3 PE you should consult the Setup Guide. You may have to migrate your database from 3.1 CE/PE to 3.2 PE before migrating to 3.3 PE!
You should also uninstall 3.1 CE completely before upgrading, so no 3.1 service will be left.

Hi Robert

Palo 3.1 was fully removed (and restart) before 3.2 CE installed.

But services still indicates Palo 3.1 'started' (not 3.2).

Also no service manager icon active.

What version of Palo and Win do you use? Have you seen these issues?
