Technical Support for Palo BI

Hi,
I'm new to palo and there're something I would like to know
1) Does Palo suite have any technical support edition?
2) Can I upgrade my project fron Palo to Jedox?
3) Pricing for Palo and Jedox (I can't find the price list of Jedox Analysis)

Hi,

1) Palo is the open source edition without support. Jedox Suite comes with support.
2) Yes you can. And it's pretty easy as well.
