Update information (Palo Suite)

Hello,

each time when I launch Excel, then I get a notification, that there is a new Palo Suite version available for download. But I already have the newest version of the community edition installed (release 3.2 build 5096).

So is there really a newer version available or how can I disable this notification?

Thanks,
Konrad

Hi, Konrad,

When the installation is running you will ask to be notified when a new version is released. (I have the Opinion) I know it from the Premium Version.
The newer Version ist the Premium Version 3.3.SR1 but for sale.

Regards
Jürgen

But I don't want to install the premium version. I want to deactivate this notification.
How can this be achieved?

Thanks,
Konrad

Maybe you need to install the software new and then you can disable the hook for automatic notification.

Hello,
I re-installed the software. But there was no hook for automatic notification. The problem still exists.

How can I disable this notification?

Thanks,
Konrad

I just found the solution. In the Palo Info Window there was a hook for update notification. I removed it and now it works.

Best regards,
Konrad
