Component Flow Graph

Hi,

I currently try the new Jedox 3.3 version. I just had a look on Jedox ETL. One interesting new feature is the "Component Flow Graph", but in my installation the flow graph isn't enabled. :(

Has anyone else seen it or is this feature missing in this new version?

I've seen that behaviour in the release candidate version. In the latest version it is enabled (I installed it on 2 computers, both show the graph as enabled). Maybe try to install 3.3. on another computer to see if it works there. Btw you need to allow pop-ups.

Now I have seen it!

I tried a second installation, but the result was the same. Then I changed the browser and - wow - it was enabled. It seems, that Internet Explorer 8 isn't fully supported. I have tried Google Chrome 16 and Firefox 8 and both show me the flow graph. :)

Thanks for reply, Bastiaan

Hi,
the flow graph is supported for Firefox 4 and Internet Explorer 9 or higher.

Note that you can also navigate from one component to another by clicking on the flow graph icons. This should make modelling much easier and you no longer loose yourself in large ETL projects.

Maybe you should change system requirements in "Jedox Platform Support Guide". There you can read "Firefox 3+ and Internet Explorer 8+" in section Jedox Web/Browser (version: 3.3 - 12/3/2011).

That's why I want to use it ;)
