Cant see Cubes from one client

Hi,
we try to integrate Palo Excel Community in our Company.
We installed it on a Server and on 2 clients, booth client have the same version as the server.
From one client we can see / editing cubes. The other one won't show some cubes.
We tried it many times with new palo installations, also with diffrent versions ( all available 3.X)

The connection to the server is tested etc. (Server is online)

So..WHY we cant see cubes on one client, as on the other?

..so 1. Thanks for your reply..
- we'ved checked it on another database &cube with 2 clients booth using the same admin login...it works without problems
- it is possible that the count of our element or dimension is a problem?
we have about 60 dimension with up to 1500 elements inside.
we use excel 2007 .

so could this be the mistake, that the cube isnt visible with 30 dimensions?

...if you mean that the clients connect to the same server..yes they did it.
if you dont mean that , please help me to understand :how can i check which client used which service?
