Question to dimension structure

Hello,

If I create a dimension structure the highest structure element is always the top of the structure. Until now I didn't find a possibility to change the structure so, that the highest level in the structure is set at the bottom and the lowest level is set at the top. Please remark, I mean so, that the drill up/down functionality persists.

I find a possibility, when I built a subset, where I can take the decision
"Parent under children". But then drill up/down functionality is destroyed.

Hi all,

that s a goog question. is it possible to affect the sorting of palo?

for example I have the dimension "Regions" with elements on three levels.

- 1. level = Europe
- 2. level = West, East, South, North
- 3. level = (for West) Germany, France, Switzerland etc.
(see attached screenshot)

Palo will show the attributes in the same structure ("Europe" will be on the top, then e. g. "West" and then there will be all countries for this region.).

But I would like to view a different structure in Excel. I would like to see first all countries for a region (e. g. "Germany, France, Switzerland etc.") followed by the typ of region (e. g. "West"). And I would like to see "Europe" at the bottom.

Is there a chance to do this? Can someone help me?
Hope it is clear what I am looking for?!
